Reimagining Skill India 2.0: Inviting creative ideas and suggestions to help reinvent the
landscape of skilling in India

The Government has reimagined Skill India 2.0, understanding the urgent need to create a reliable and qualified workforce. The push is necessary to help the workforce tap into new opportunities so we can look at the future of the world of work and be a part of New India's growth story.

Union Budget 2022 unfolded a vision for a New India, which will be built on a strong skilling ecosystem, robust digital infrastructure and plethora of opportunities. To fulfil this dream, several initiatives have been proposed to boost the skilling sector. They are:
Industry Connect: As India ushers in Industry 4.0, industry linkage becomes important to provide demand-driven industry-relevant training opportunities, bridging the skill gap and facilitating demand-based skilled manpower to industries which would, in turn, add new jobs.

NSQF Alignment: In a bid to bring talent in sync with demand for it, the Government is leaving no stone unturned to renovate the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)and align it with evolving industries.

Digital Skills: The launch of the DESH-stack e-portal will encourage a digital ecosystem for skilling and livelihood and offer solutions to complex challenges in preparing for a skilled country. The Government is also focusing on strengthening the digital skill ecosystem as technical skills like AR/VR, machine learning, and the ability to work with data, including automated systems, become a must-have.

With Drone Shakti and Kisan Drones for crop assessment, digitization of land records, and spraying of insecticides, the country is set to leapfrog to a future-ready world. This opens up innumerable opportunities for both the drone and
agri-tech sectors: a mutually beneficial ecosystem for technology companies and agricultural modernization.

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the skill capital of the World. 

The last date to submit your entries is 30th June 2022.

જય હિંદ જય ભારત,સાહેબ, હાલમાં ગુજરાતમાં અધ્યાપક સહાયક ની ભરતી ચાલે છે જે 1 નવેમ્બર 2020 માં જાહેરાત આપવામાં આવી હતી આજે એનું ફાઈનલ મેરીટ તૈયાર થયાને પણ 6 મહિના કરતા વધારે સમય વીતી ગયો માત્ર ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ બાકી છે પણ હજુ સુધી પ્રક્રિયા હાથ પર લેવામાં આવતું નથી, સાહેબ આવી ભરતી સત્વરે પૂર્ણ થશે તો દેશનો વિકાસ થશે. સાહેબ કોઈ પણ દેશના વિકાસને તપાસો તો ખ્યાલ આવશે કે જે દેશ આજે વિકસિત છે તેમાં 40% ફાળો માત્ર શિક્ષણનો છે સાહેબ, ઘણાં યુવાનો પોતે શિક્ષણ મેળવી નોકરીની રાહ જોઈને બેઠા છે. પ્લીઝ સાહેબ મને આશા છે કે દિશામાં ગુજરાત સરકારનું ધ્યાન દોરશો, જય ભારત, જય હિંદ 🙏🌹

India which is a young country and more than 70% of its population is in working age should focus on reskilling India with modern skill which they could comply with modern industries. NEP will play important role in it. Teaching students with coding and computer language will help india to become digital hub not only in terms of market but also in innovation. Nowadays A.I is also been integrated with our day to day activities and influence our life so learning will also create a perfect ecosystem for innovation. It will not help to create jobs but also boost our economy and provide more tax for government to expenditure on infrastructure and social development. Hence future of our country is bright if we continue to innovate our population.

Indian main source of its movement is by Agriculture. It's typical location on globe and atmospheric, climatic adverse effects on agricultural process and it's products especially during crucial times, is well known to all by our never ending bitter experiences. Indian meteorological department, it's satellite technology, should be utilised utmost each day for controlling or decreasing adverse effects of untoward circumstances of climate and atmosphere. Especially this refers to sudden changes. That demands that the harvested products should be immediately or in short time to be transported to local level clusters of storage facilities to reduce loss. Nice coordination, increasing local level - easily constructed storage facilities will help us to face the challenge

there is GAP of employability and skill, govt should make internal training of their department available on the Internet, this will help the organization to learn a practical skill, for white-collar job oriented read govt tenders which are available on govt website, it will give sense to aspirants how things happen practically, I myself want to give employment but found these are missing gap

स्किल इंडिया कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत हमें अपने समाज में जितनी भी युवा पीढ़ी है उनको इस प्रकार से इस प्रकार से प्रशिक्षित करना है ताकि वह अपना स्वरोजगार खोल सके एक्सर्किल समाज की स्थापना कर सके उन्हें ने नौकरी की तलाश में दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों में नहीं जाना पड़े और हमारा जो सरकार के द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकार की योजनाएं स्किल इंडिया के लिए चलाई जा रही हैं हमारा हर व्यक्ति हर नागरिक उस योजना का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं ताकि आने वाला समय हमारा सुदृढ़ बने हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था एक सूत्र अर्थव्यवस्था बने धन्यवाद

पंरापरागत ज्ञान का उपयोग सभी को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए किया जा सकता है,हम को दूबारा से सब पंरापरागत ज्ञान को एकत्रित कर उस का उपयोग पुनः एक बार हमारे युवाओं को नई दिशा प्रदान कर सकता है
