To write creative ideas people needs lot of time and support. Even though govt doesn't provide any support so many people writing suggestions by spending their time. to write one idea they need to focus on particular situation and they need to shift their focus from their common track. that means they need to compromise with their carrier.
Eg: if a person is a cricket player. if he needs to learn football then he needs to compromise with his cricket carrier. After some time he needs to choose one of these two.
So my suggestion is set aside some percentage of govt jobs to persons who are giving good suggestions. if you don't have the intention to give jobs then do not ask any suggestions from people.
Now also some people who are writing in here have the intention to meet our honorable P.M and some of them have the intention to show their creativity and their by creating good impression on society. But this platform is unable to meet their expectations.

Skilling is more important than being literate or educated. It gives an option for livelihood and eradicates poverty. We can see a complete paradigm shift in Bangladesh as far as skilling is concerned

Water is the current subject of importance in everyone's life. We all are stressing upon the cleanliness of waterbodies, Rejuvenation, Recharge and Ruse of water. But at the same time There is need for technical skill development of our Water Resources Engineers in Various Modelling Techniques, GIS based Analysis and field studies which will be very much usefull to create a technical workforce for planning at Basin Level. There is a big gap in Academic learning and practical scenarios. We the retired water resources Engineers can come together and contribute in Technical Skill Development by way of Hands on Experience, Preparing BE & ME projects on live problems of Water Scarcity, Flash Floods, Dam Break Analysis, Loss in Reservoir Capacity and many more. There is need to think in this line very seriously. I am doin alone by giving some lectures on You tube , such can be created on any water related subjects for the benefit of young Engineers of India.

Today, many of the skills training trainees are the first generation of young people to enter new careers. These two and one year apprenticeships are not enough for them.Apprentice training is not enough for workers. It will not create new entrepreneurs and skilled workers.Although favorable to women.Does not benefit men.The training period should be extended to five years as apprenticeship training and full time staff training.Work-related experiences can only be gained when working full-time.
Otherwise young people will spend days like school days.First generation newcomers need more experience. Vocational training + training for experience should be provided. For the purpose of gaining work experience, three years of employment with Apprentice training or alone should be provided.Opportunity to gain work experience in Skill Development 2.0.Additional experience is required to start a self-employment.
For that the government should give the opportunity to work as a full-time employee

skill india How did the central government ensure that Part One was a success?
Many companies have overcome this staff shortage. Some companies do not value those certificates at all.The central government should take a feedback regarding the current working status of the certified persons since last 2015.Government Skills Development Initiatives should train young people to make progress in life. The situation is the same as before training.
Part one of Skill India was used by most companies for human resource exploitation. The first generation of new entrants are trained. The government should not think that its duty is done with skill development training. The government should take a survey of what the trainees are currently doing after completing the training.Only then can the training system bring about changes in the way it is delivered. For the next part after the central government finds out how successful Part One was due to the involvement of government finance and Human resource
