Dear Honourable Prime Minister, I stand strongly for wemon empowerment through education. It is not easy to come up to the main stream for wemon in the current scenarion. Those who are revolting must be benefited. I am Senior Research fellow doing my Ph.D. I cleared UGc/CSIR NET Exam in 2012 June and it is almost 2 and half years since I joined for Ph.D. No money towards the stipend is released yet. I filed an RTI for which the reply was to provide utilization certificate!

Parents in our country instead of focussing on How to marry their girl in a good family since their birth must focus on Making their girls Independent and successful and this must be their priority. We all must campaign or launch programs for creating awareness. And also parents need to realize that only an Educated Girl make the family prosper in all respects.
