first,parents should not differentiate b/w sons and daughters.If they do so,as much they love to send their sons to school,they will love the same for daughters. If a girl is provided education by a family, and she achieves in her life,it will inspire other family obviously. Door-to-door campaigning,presenting live example of such girl and parents,benefits of education,providing information about govt. plans for education, esp. girls,subsidy,development of country are points to be followed.

Swachh Bharat possible if pollutions are controlled. Noise , read use of microphone & loud speakers in open area , restrictions of vehicular pollution, restriction of pollution from factories, (In mumbai one big car manufacturer releases all gases during mid night , open chimneys , noisy cars, bikes, what to say next. Spitting after taking gutkha, ( roads are becoming red) Only cleaning will not help. Need clear actions like the attachment. It really helped West Bengal.
