Sir only thing can give v high status to girl child is, make 'guest control act' . This act can restrict more than 21 people in the marriages. 95% poor n lower middle people will get a great relief. Marriage of girl child is a burden on parents. Parents have to borrow for marriage of girl child, under social pressure they r forced to spend lot. Only modi ji can stop this by law, bcs he understands this menace in the society. Then only parents of girl child wil b proud of daughter n will educate.

I was amazed to see this story (http://www.abc.net.au/austory/content/2007/s2652214.htm) on an australian TV channel, part of the ABC network. This is a story of a child who is autistic and is raised by his parents to be a completely normal individual. Amazing what committed parents can do for the future of specially enabled children. But a lot depends on the capabilities of the parents as well as this story demonstrates

I am from Indore(MP). Recently Govt. has sanctioned a very big amt. for METRO services. Past experience of BRTS is very much bitter. The major problem is that the monitoring agency/client (Indore Development Auth & Indore Municipal Corp.) not competent Technically. Looking the fate of BRTS, my personal opinion is to appoint some Very much Technically sound Agency to have control of the whole project..
