Now the time has come where there is a need to frame strict policies so that all children get education. Special efforts r required for the labour class so that they can motivate & send their children for getting education. Parents working at brick kiln, with farmers, construction units, road maker especially in remote areas how they can motivated should be the task of central govt. so that policies may be framed accordingly. We wish that our country is called literate country.

Parents are prime responsible.They r suppose to provide education up till they want.But sometime parents r helpless due to reasons like financial problem, family background, non availability of required education, social atmosphere & basic amenities. Experience of last 65 years is front of us.There is no responsibility of govt.teacher in our present system. Educated Parents are still thinking but labour class parents.? Govt.should take consolidated efforts by introducing effective policy

In rural India parents are not serious about education of childs.They stops schools only for nothing reason in daily life.A relevant awareness programme for such population should be conducted.Untill & unless parents are not awared about the importance and power of education mission serva shiksha abhiyan can not be fullfilled.Everyone should focus on ground level implimentation of such policies.I am ready and doing upto my extent to aware the huge rural population.

Mostly well educated boys after getting good job and wife they forget their parents but girls can't forget their parents. parents should give good education to girls than boys if she studied well. Government should think form a brigade of multirole suiside commandos with three in one stratagic strike commands ( Air, Water and Land ). These comandos should be specialised category for destruction of enemy with advanced bullet proof small amphibius vehicle and equipments. Further, gov should initialised three layered patrolling strategic during retaliation on border comprising of BSF at Front, CRPF and Police along border area to counter insurgency until special measures does not carried out. Small bullet proof vehicle would be more effective and should be used lasser guided bomb.
