Education telling, harming a women or anybody is offence and makes the harmer cheap. As of a whole mutual respect and patriotism with anbe(tamil word meant as one kind of love) has to inculcated towards a learning of a student. Adding the above syllabus will not help and sure will be omitted. If the is done I feel that role of parents will be uplifted by themselves and the problems causing will lessened. Daughters and sisters will study for their and the country's future. Jai hind.

JUDO-KARRATE-MARSHAL ART: BE MADE COMPULSORY IN SCHOOL LEVEL STANDARDS TO MAKE THE GIRLS AS SELF DEFENSIVE. THE VARIOUS SUBSIDIES BENEFIT SHOULD BE LINKED TO FAMILIES HAVING GIRL CHILD AND FURTHER IF THE FAMILY SENDING GIRL FOR EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS, SUBSIDY TYPE BENEFIT SHOULD BE INCREASED IN KIND i.e. HER BROTHER WILL ALSO BE GET EDUCATION FREE OF COST.

The Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana may be amended suitably and Govt servants may be encouraged to take up such programs on small scale either individually or collectively with the permission of the Govt. The list of activities and ceiling of expenditure on the activities may be fixed in consultation with experts. Such employees may be given incentives in the form of rebates in taxes, housing loans etc.,

The parents should be encouraged and incentavised to send their daughters to school. Preference in employment say under MANREGA should be given to parents who send their daughters to school. Free health care at school along with uniform, books etc can further encourage parents.

New Year does not signify a simple change in the calendar but it also signifies opportunities for bringing about positive changes to make your work place and eventually the world around you much better.

Parents should encourage girls to pursue education in what has traditionally been male dominated fields. Parents should not tell their daughters that their main goal in life should be to get married and have children. They should be taught to be independent and self reliant individuals. Even in speeches made by officials, women are always portrayed as mothers or wives- we never define a man as a husband or son only, so why do we do that for women?

I got an opportunity to visit the Gujarat women and child development department in Dec 2014. Modi and Anandi Ben and Leelaben you have make the WCD department very good. I come to know that you have make a team of good people in very department. I visit the Arwali distt and see Mahila Adalat is very good
