The builders in Bangalore cheat people by providing wrong information about land, approvals etc. 90% of the builders in Bangalore does not provide Occupancy Certificate (OC) after the completion of apartment. Almost all builders make one or two extra floors and sell it by creating fake document. They manage to provide water, electricity connections too. Please use e portal for all the approvals for builders, make OC compulsory & if builders fail to get OC they should bear the cost of bank loan.
