Mfrs will not object to this , bcs they r scared of central excise staff not by paying amount charged in their monthly power bill. This will b absorbedvby themselves n no inflation also. They ask total exemption of central excise only bcs of corrupt official.use this new system.

Why govt should not come forward to form MSME? A group of people who are associated with roots (other than politicians, ward member, Panchayats) can be formed for this purpose. In this group only persons having skill should be made responsible.Theses persons can be elected by group of Judge, head of educational institute, other reputed persons (other than politician) etc for a certain period. I run a small industry where concrete pipes are manufactured. The labour force used here is pretty high but quality is not very good. Whereas in a modern plant quality and quantity can improve exponentially but jobs have to be sacrificed. This is a problem of the small industries in West Bengal.
