Create a government backed equity based crowd funding platform for young/small entrepreneurs requiring less than Rs 1 Cr investment for manufacturing sector (and may include some other sectors where we are seeking accelerated growth). May be an web and mobile based platform where entrepreneurs publish their business concept and small investors may do equity based investment. A government backing for identity verification, legalization of online agreements etc will provide required confidence.

SME & MSME sector can give huge employment in all areas. Just need to take care while selecting beneficiary in all govt schemes while shortlisting the right candidate because appointed panel is at maximum time serving people. I believe a person doing a job of 9-5 can not identify the real future businessman because his mindset is limited to box a real businessman always think out of box and only that person can create an history.

age limit for central government employees should be reduced to 58, umemployed youth will get job oppurtunities. In the govt offices seniors are not having technology knowledge or computer skills resulting in less output everyday. this is an important decision to be taken which will result in a better technology driven country

To create job what's required is art of monetising your skill. People are highly blessed with diverse skills which they use to help each other. But most of it can't be monetised due to one or other reason. If someone could let them know how to monetise that huge rise in entrepreneurs can be seen. For eg. Basic activities of fun can be monetised if done on big scale with a purpose like paper boat race

MSME can create 90% of jobs which modi ji desperately want to win assembly elections for majority in rajya sabha and also 2019 LS elections. but see the draconian companies act 2013 enacted by congress and babus in m/o corporate affairs. it comprise of 470 sections out of which 170 are blocked in court due to defective provisions related to its tribunal. why MCA babus not simplifying this act to facilitate bribe-free regulations and to increase ease of starting, running andclosing MSME companies

Only SME can create more employment when compared to MNC. SME also has one more there can't be only monopoly by anyone SME in market, but MNC has potential for creating monopoly in market.
