Not a matter of policy or creation of superficial job, this has no place in India. There is huge amount of work to do to keep every Indian employed for generations to come. Make a start with excellence in leadership, delivery to plans & budget on infrastructure, National Health, Education, Use of technology... the list is huge. E.g. coke has reached every village but water has not, plenty vehicles but poor roads, luxury housing but poor infrastructure for water, gas, electricity to all our homes.

peoples of Punjab are well efficient in ITK( indigenous technical knowledge) rural tools and implements used in agricultural activities. govt. extend this ITK in thrust areas like East UP, Bihar, Orrisa, MP etc. to generate rural based employment and more production in agriculture.

today if you want to sell to railways you need to get registered in railways. to sell in electricity department get registred in it. each public department has it own registration process this should stop. There should be a Government procurement portal for MSME's. Statistics department should be used to map all the MSME industries on this portal . all GOVT organisations should be aked to send enquiries to all companies listed on this portal for required product.

Government services shall not be lifetime job for the one passes RAS, Ias or IPS . This should be limited for a span of 5 years . Once it was completed they should do their own business.& new peoples shall enter in the job.

in this country there should be proper balance as we are still in developing scenario its not like United states. The amendment in land acquisition has tilted favor towards industrialist.Though we need growth in infrastructure we also need to take care of our farmers. So sir kindly please be thoughtful before implement this bill.we expect a lot from u sir and we have no doubt u will deliver in perfect fashion as earlier u have done.
