On one side job creation is being talked about and on other side even if jobs are available jobs are not given. This shows what is talked is only words and no effect. I have cleared IBPS PO III in 2014 but till date I am not allocated a post. There are many vacancies in banks and many people are waiting for jobs but IBPS is hoarding on the jobs with out any reason. I have even complained but there is no response. Stop tall talks and set the wheel running.

The Government Policies should sync in to the various policy initiatives taken by Government at various levels & different fields. For. E.g Make in India & Infrastructure development should be aligned. India has ample work force. The Policies should be to promote more of labor intensive investments than, automation. Building Roads, Rail Networks, Solar Parks, Agro Produce & Export zones, Creating Industries for this products which we could eazily manufacture but are currently being imported.

Sir, Govt Spend Lacks of carores on schemes like narega/manarega. And the work done under these program are not upto the mark as no real monitoring of quality of work is done. What i suggest is Govt should have a plan for people of india, young entrepreneurs/rural enterepreneurs to establish industry in rural area give job to narega/manarega workers and a amt equal to the wage of 5 years should be provided to industrialist for 10 years as iterest free loan.i am available for more input on it

Now a days Private companies use manpower as contractual. Peoples move one company to another after completing period. well qualified peoples also use companies as contractual like Diploma in engg. B.E., B.sc, M.sc. I's means company need of manpower but use as contract. peoples move one company to another & rich peoples (shareholders) growth increases. Need to make a law for companies for employee permenent.
