Do not increase the salary of a govt employee as salary of every govt employee is already good. instead of salary increase open the new vacancy in place of salary increment. 2.There is too much salary gap in govt sector & pvt sec there should be three or four slab in salry 20000, 30000, 40000, 50000 3 If a govt employee salary is 100000, make it half 50000, increase the vacancy double 4 Increment criteria should be same in pvt sector & govt sector ie 5%, 7% 9%

Everything is good on pen n paper but the reality is totally different. SME & MSME sector is really a big platform to create jobs but the banks and other officials are not supportive to make it successful. the govt has to see n collect the real ground report and to control the corruption which is a big factor for which the emerging entrepreneurs are not willing to get into it.

government were saying it will stop corruption ,but it is not seen int .......RTO....... offices .Dalals are still there and they are prioritizes now a days too, I have called polices sometime but they did not do anything ,Is Modi ji unable to remove those dalals and apply some online processes on it.

Railways bookings should be done through banks . This shall make railway booking more comfortable and reduce the que at railway windows. The sharing of bank infrastructure with railways can make railways more efficient. Railways can use their resources in developing the infrastructure for running trains & its safety.
