#MakeInIndia is a great initiative by the PM, & is vital for Job Creation. However, I think #BuyFromIndia is an initiative that must run in parallel & in sync with #MakeInIndia. This will help the SME sector Industries. Indian goods must be showcased to the world. Foreign traders should be Invited & Facilitated to #BuyFromIndia.Events like the India International Trade Fair must be professionalized & promoted to become a world-class Trade Event rather than the "mela" that it is now.

According to IFC currently there is a deficit of 110 billion dollars of loan amount in the MSME Women businesses. This could amount to 6% of India's GDP. Please look into this aspect. Once these loans are provided training is required in business and finance for women. This could create 90 millions jobs only in the Micro Industries. Also women are 50% better loan repayers so the loss through defaults can be cut down by alot. Food & Textile industries are dominated by women and need finance.

i want to suggest you for railway booking ticket in every city there should be a some government or private booking center at every important point of city. By doing this there are two benefit we can create employment and also reduce the pressure of station booking counter.In present this type of system only in some of the city.please spread this system in all city mostly in Delhi and NCR.

Hi, i am nitin jain and want to request to u please create goverment or private institute for specific area like cement,power,steel,oil & gas,chemical etc so that engineering students from all over India gain specialty from these institute.and company for same ares hired students from these government institute.so by doing this we can create a skilled man power in these ares.and also can generate employment.

Digitations We all know the digitation replaces paper work in all areas. Likewise we still missing those to publish and record them to replace every single paper. When we convert all the papers to soft copy leads us to below job creation:: Books Conversion 1) Publishers a) We have huge number of printed version books, they all can be converted to digital formats .epub (e Publishing format) to read them in digital devises. And publisher can sell digital books at cheaper cost to pupil. 2) Programmers a) The above method creates jobs for programmers to program optical character recognise (OCR) engines in all our Indian languages. By creating these engines we can do OCR for search-ability of text. b) A program can create to convert PDF format pages to epub format. 3) Digital Device manufacturing a) Once the epub created, they should read by use of a digital devices, converting books to an epub format create huge demand for those devises. 4) Schools / colleges / educational institutions a) Starting from Kinder Garden books to all colleges books can be converted in digital formats and those all readable using digital devises. Replaces carry of reference books for college students. 5) Scanning Devises manufacturing a) Going to digitalise every paper, we must have scanners to scan them all and then to convert in epub formats. 6) Big/Small company to start a) Big level or small levels companies can start for the below jobs creates employment. 1) Scan 2) Conversion jobs from books to digital epub format. Paper Manufacturing On going with the above methods we can increase our paper productions by recycle the used papers.

all we know that there are atleast 3 shifts of working schedule in manufacturing or production industrial sectors,i.e.,power plants,coal industries,various production industries,so that production should not stop and there should be no loss to company,i suggest that y dont we start same shift systems job in service sectors like govt.offices,banks,clerikal works,this increases employment 3times and our country's growth willbe 3times faster,wecan become developed nation faster than anyother nation

Funding for biomedical research could build an ecosystem for research and create high quality jobs in the biomedical sector. This could create a number of jobs in biotech startup companies, small research laboratories, biomedical equipment manufacturing, diagnostics etc. I am suggesting something on the lines of the NIH of USA. The foundations of a robust biomedical research industry in USA is the funding provided by the NIH.
