Eliminate personal income tax or reduce it considerably. People from all over the world will flock to India, all money will become white money. Also come out with a scheme for infrastructural development bearer bonds of 2% interest. Swiss funds will come back.

One of the easily learned skill is driving. Driving is also considered respectable compared to other unskilled job. Given the proper direction, driving may provide suitable job opportunities on regular basis as well as part time basis. Driving can be taught through government agencies along with the basic knowledge of Hindi , English and a regional language and the softer skills like courtesy, manners. This can be used in regular manufacturing and Services industries as well as tourism.

India's MSMEs accounts for about 45% of national manufacturing output and around 40% of the total export. Unfortunately MSMEs Sector of India is unable to take benefits of IPR reign as it is unable to protect their small inventions under the patent law for the grant of patent due to higher level of inventiveness. These criteria has led most of them to either withdraw or abandon their patent applications. It is right time that UTILITY MODEL be adopted which is quick, cheap, simple, less technical

Dear Sir, Karnataka Govt is planning to introduce lottery and give free medical treatment to poor. I request both central and state government should ban the liquor. In Bangalore in a small lane there are 'N"number of Bar and liquor shops. If the government is really want to help poor first ban the liquor completely in the state. B=Unfortunately planning commission in Karnataka want to introduce lottery and help poor. This is a bad decision. Kindly ban lottery and liquor in all the states.
