I have an uncle of mine who was appointed in Uttarakhand as a veterinary officer on “sanvida/ mandeya” with meagre pay on the promise that one day he will be appointed on permanent basis. general order for permanent appointment came and he was rejected on age basis. LAW NEVER HAS A RETROSPECTIVE APPROACH. Dont you think his age of his first, temporary joining should have been considered? 10 years of hard work, and he is kicked out of job, a medical officer ,unemployed. How do we trust govt jobs?

solar energy should be made easier to purchase for the common people. it should be made mandatory for the permission of new houses. There should be some tax reliefs in the solar energy products e.g. solar invertors and solar lights in the comming budget 2015

As low tax rate is being provided for workers in the epf, it should also b for emloyers, bcs 12.5% is v high rate, due to this rate, employers avoid coverage under epf n resulting of no coverage in esi scheme also. Pl keep pf rate 8% , bcs wages has gone up now. Earlier wages were low , it was 8% only. I assure u, if u make this 8% , all workers will b in the social security net of epf n esi scheme.

E-commerce can help a lot to small units. Pl put condition that buy 30% of yr sales ,qty wise, fm small mfrs. Initially he will b small, next year he will become big mfrr. Will pay lot of taxes to govt n china imports will go down. Employment will go up. Low tax start , for small units n no inspectors in between should b there. Manfrs should b allowed , if any govt official visits factory, to b handed over to police imdly. This will boost small scale sector.

Pl rewiew the central excise exemption notification in this budget. Encourage small units to do work for big brands under low tax rates. Once small factory wala comes in contact of big brand, he will become big in volume next year. Intially he is scared to come into excise net, bcs he is feared of harassment n crores of bribe being demanded by central excise, inspector, suptt,ac's,dc's, jc's, n upto commissioners. Pl keep small mfrs away fm these corrupt officials. Pl make law to help mfg n mfr
