Beacuse of no attractive career promotion chanches and fix pay policy ex rs 5300 fix for five years in gujarat without any job benifit or leaves no young man is who is well qualified want to do teachers job. And no quality education without quality teachers. Give them atleast life living pay. So they can survive. In this day when a labourer is earning 15000 per month. You want degree holders to work for rs 5300 what a pity for education system. Remember no respect of teachers would let disaster

Why cannot we think of a system where in any forms of application we remove religion and caste informations decalaration? This will help a long way in removing the caste and religion identity misuse and offer everyone equal opportunity. This reduce the vote bank politics based on religion and caste. This information can be sought only for purpose of censes to arrive at the statistics for better planning. No other place it should be sought to be declared.

is there a way reservation schemes based on caste in India? Inspite of having the Make in India campaign, if these kind of systems are prevalent bypassing the merit who would dare to have trust to invest in India? Even private sector reservation is being thought about by some.. Need to think seriously how to eliminate this hazard from India

This will not only save the consumption of oil , it will also help to the elimination of sound and air pollution and it will give a fresh and clean environment to the city and our India. I consider that, it will save the time and increase the work efficiency of the people. we may feel proud to be an Indian.

secondly, Please take the necessary action towards the closing of high frequency horn manufacturing so that, the people could not use the high frequency horn in their vehicle. it creates the sound pollution and it is really hard to serve for common people who walked or crossing the road. traffic signal should be strengthen and more traffic police should appoint to make the challan if any person break the rules. Hope, this request a common man will be listen by honorable prime minister.

Job Creation : As India is a big market for IT and BPO, if we look at a general emp. structure in IT we can find as Trainee eng. > Junior eng.> Sernior > and so on, and many organizations are investing lot of money for training of there emp.. but along with training provided by employer if employee focused that each year we need to go one level up by doing some innovation or education so if one is going up automatically there will opening for the lower position so fresher can get more job.

to obey the rules and control over the traffic is much important because it is the matter of life and death. I have been in china for many times and we should learn from something from china in the context of rules. I have heard from many chinese that, if driver break the rules more than thrice then government cease their driving licence for throughout the life and never issue the same whole life. we should follow the same rules here in india as well.

Dear Sir, with due respect i would request you to take some necessary action towards the traffic jam in the cities. we Indians always do have the discussion about traffic jam and all but in the reality, we do not follow the rules. I consider that, ofcourse it is the fault of people who does not obey the rules but as far as my view is concern, the government action is also liable for this problem. we do have very soft rules rather than to have tough rules.

I propose to install a coal water slurry line from coal mines in South East towards Haryana UP and MP. These would continuously supply coal to various Power Plants dedicated for industrial power generation. Each power plant would supply to the industries of one cluster. Likewise there would be many industrial clusters (See plans for DMIC). This would solve the problem of power in industries and could boost the growth of SMEs with logistics advantages though DMIC.
