first keep the rule of using only khadhi dress for all government employees and officers who dont have their uniforms and later make it mandate for all politians then the khadhi business will stand in market and we can also make stronger india by using not only "make" but also "made" in india products so that our old indians who are making fablous khadi dress will be improved and many people can sustain by our own products

yeah i think the idea of reducing the timing of work will be healthy for all , because they will have enough time to reduce their stress of workload , and beneficial for those who are unemployed. I also agree with the point arose by Mr. Amar more for the govt employee as well because as they are getting more than their needs , they have started to collect all these and do nothing regarding, what their responsibilities are.India have lots of manpower but less opportunity so we must initiate.

India has rich crafts and that too are unique all over the different geographic location, despite govt initiatives number of craftsman and crafts are dying. Using e-commerce we can establish a great platform and target foreign markets. It will certainly create huge number of jobs and save our craftsman. I have researched on Indian craft industry, we can generate huge number of jobs by giving proper training to our craftsman and building proper "system", like successful e-commerce industries.

According to me, Government should open many automobile companies etc in various fields to give lot of opportunities to youngsters owned my our government. These companies should manufacture quality products than private. This mean that our product (car, bus etc) can reach all around the world and central government can sell these buses to state government so that income and profit including taxes will benefit our government and many can get job too.Kindly take this also into the consideration

Making 6 hours shift and 4 days a week will increase 44% of jobs in India, looking at the population of India we need to reduce work hours and days for individuals in all the industries and give opportunities for 44% more people. Also stop salary hike of Govt employees for a while and increase number of employees(with less salary for healthy competition which may control Corruption of old Babus ) will give job to more people DON'T HIKE THE SALARY IN 7th PAY-BAND, INSTEAD INCREASE THE MANPOWER.
