Honourable PM Sir,I can ensure if i just get a chance to describe my thought and plan,Govt. and Corporate can create minimum 50 lakhs new jobs for unemployed and develop a sector as big as telecommunication. Saving every year more than 1000s of lives from Fire, National and private properties and economic loss.This can be done with Public Private Participation with the help of IIT. also it will give us a huge foreign revenue,This will be 1st in world. Dear Sir, I would like to request you to insist DRDO ADA HAL NAL etc., to build combat common combat and trainer aircraft manufacturing and servicing plants.. Now we have different plants for different aircrafts.. These organizations should come out with common tools and equipments in single facility where in at least 250+ aircrafts can be manufactured.. Encroachment in the form of extending houses, shops spreading goods outside the premises on the pavements, parking of 2, 3, 4, 6 wheelers. Our government should on a pilot basis enforce strict rules to clear encroachments / parking on roads / streets by providing clear demarcated areas for parking. For parking pvt./public /Government land available in office complexes, schools, colleges could be used which can be used as a revenue generator.so that we optimally use available road space.

Old Age Homes: Off-late I see a lot of Senior Citizens of the society in the roads, streets residing on pavements and suffering. Our government should help a lending hand to adopt these senior citizens, take them to a sub-urban place in every district and provide, food, clothing, shelter and medication till the end of their lives and give them a decent funeral.

Government should come up with clean and free public rest rooms which are maintained by a caretaker. The care taking responsibility can also be entrusted to Self Help groups or NGO’s but someone responsible should be there and these public restrooms should be neat, clean, well lighted and ventilated (naturally ) no section of public should have hesitation to use the same.In Private and Public Buildings one or two toilets should made accessible to General Public,fine/punish for offenders.

If strictly follow Tax collection, we can get enough income for making development. So we can introduce new method for tax collection and exclude loop holes. Another case it is to make contribution of social responsibility (Promote poor people) from Corporate Business/People/company.

Along the river banks there is a very high potential to create parkway connectors as in Singapore, The parkway connectors are constructed along the river banks, where people in the locality use it for walking and cycling only, along the parkway there are facilities like open air gyms for adults, children play areas etc.This parkway connector connects one area to another, so people can walk or cycle across localities in a safe, secure and in a healthy manner.

Education of public, especially children (future citizens) about the use and preservation of natural resources, water, air, solar energy, pollution, forestry is of utmost importance. Practical demonstrations, involving them in live home, local area projects will inculcate this into a good habit.
