What I feel if along with padma bhushan and bhusan awards, if government would gave another award for best enterpenurship to some very startups that will surely help those early startups to generate thousands of job for us. Digital toys can be created in India. We have so much engineering colleges and learned proffesors but we couldnot invest in toys to make it to digital and innovative levels. Govt can create subsidies like incubator cell at IITs to make toys in India.

We should announce a specific policy where SME can hire differently abled people. Like a lathe work or call center work can be done by handicap. This would get cheap labor to company, a person would be self reliant and family members can focus more on their financial activities. God Bless My Country.
