Dear Narendrabhai, As a fellow Indian citizen and living abroad for number of years, which has provided me the opportunity to differentiate between pros and cons between India and other countries. I believe that Indian students needs to change their attitude towards learning, we need to think on how to CREATE jobs other then how to GET job. So I believe together with President Obama its a perfect opportunity to address the issue as Americans are doing much better then us in this area. jai hind

Both India and US have faced terrorism, US has brought justice to US people by capturing Osama Bin Laden. As US president Mr. Obama will be joining our PM Modi ji on "MANN KI BAAT". I want them to join hands against fighting terrorism and bring justice to indians who have faced 26/11 and 1993 blasts.

Sir,in the law , visits of govt staff to the small units. They should b handed over to police,if visits any unit, without aithority letter fm 4 ranks higher official. 2 unions r harassing n extorting money fm small units with the connivance if labour inspectors. Senuor labour deptt officers r also involved. No union complaint should b entertained against small units of 20 people.

Sir, all central n state govt employees should b retired at 58imdly. They hv become not only financial liability, but not allowing to push through refotms speedily. Now a govt employee cost to govt is say50000 pm, in private max 15000. Huge difference in money n also in result. 2. After retirement they can create more jobs by investing their money into businesses for their kids. They do now also, but r scared of being caught by cbi. Retire 58 age people imdly. This can b counter productive also.

Sir reweiw central excise exemption notification for small scale sector. Pl remove all bars fm this. Small scale sector can do wonders now, online sales, rural incomes rising, so try that small units come into contacts of big brands through simple n low tax laws.once small unit ,manufacture for big one, within one year he will come into all tax net. His thinking will change, he can afford to face all govt formalities n laws. Pl think over this.

Sir,all central excise exempted products should b charged special duty on the basis of power units consumed monthly in the power bill as such , and also collected by power distribution companies, n deposited with the central govt. Sir u can start this by charging on footwear exempted on the basis of mrp. U can get 10000 cr of revenues by this new step. People r not afraid of charges, they r afraid of corruption n harassment. This way all the ecise staff will b bypassed n huge gain. Pl do this.
