1) Where is the safety for employees working in electricity sector? in this bill.
2) Already in Delhi electricity cost per unit is around 9.Rs to 10Rs which is maintained by private, is this possible rural india can sustain this high cost?
3) what about slums they can capable to pay this much of cost for electricity?
4) Already many employees man handled by consumers or other who theft electricity even though employees service is best in electricity sector.

In the amendment of Electricity Bill 2020, All the State Electricity Board should go for underground cables , instead of cables thru poles. It will not only minimise the accidental chances , but will minimise the theft and faults also. The city should have wire free sky and there will be less faults . and it can be in phased manner. It will also maintain the electric supply during the rains, cyclones etc. The underground cabling can be done with tunnal based approach, so repair can be easy.

While considering farmers govt should have to take special care coz it’s the big farmer who gets the subsidy and all the perks small farmer can’t even afford the tubewell . Rate and usage should be fixed according to land of farmer. I’m saying usage should be fix coz in case of varying tariff people will use a smart way of taking connections in the name of small farmer or will show their land less to get the maximum subsidy. Government should take extra care to maintain equilibrium

I’m from Haryana in new bill government should consider following points 1: - minimum bill for all load should be same this will help in getting true loads coz in my state it’s a trend of stating lower load in new applications. 2:-All meters should be prepaid .3:-Make an amendment in such a way that no political party can exempt the due bill in any case.
