Respected Sir,
Majority of the banks who are giving home loans to a common man on floating interest rates, do not make it floating in actual sense. For eg. HDFC Home Loan current interest rate is 10.25% for new home loan buyers, but for old customers like me they are not going below 11.3%, this one percent makes a big difference of 5-6 years. Need some correction. This is happening with mostly all private Banks and not the case with SBI and BOB.
Thanks & regards,
Pranav

Thank you for your leadership Prime Minister. I salute you!
Could the entry criteria to our advanced degree programmes be reformed, in order to permit anyone from any disciplinary background, without restrictions [e.g. age etc.], pursue the subject of their choice, on successful clearance of a merit based qualifying entrance exam system? That’s when inter-disciplinary crossbreeding will produce innovators with a skillset and aptitude not fully encouraged before in India.

Dear Sir, We need to address the issue of higher education like Engineering Medical, which is becoming unafordable for a middle class man or common man. There can be some control measures to control the fees of medical education and engg. I did engg with the fees of Rs. 5000 in 2001, today it is approaching 1 lac in merit seat. Please address this issue. This is required to be changed for having good doctors and engineers in future.
Temples and their charitable trust can invest in colleges.

Uniformity continued:
wearing pants n shirts will not kill the indian in us! we r using all the products that has been evolved from west what goes wrong to take the sophisticated dress that is only pants and shirt! we need uniformity and that the schools too have to impose pants n shirts with neck tie (a tie makes one more attentive due to the fact of its hold at neck and spine) even to girls bringing up the mind set from young age itself for gender equality!

Uniformity:
to drive more better outlook and mind set we hav to bring in uniform law irrespective of gender in all sectors! most of the institutions choose uniform to woman in such a way where it is more revealing! especially airline industry and hotels! the dress shd b in such a way to flexible to do work and that kind is pants t shirt and shirts! instead professing tradition why can't we bring uniform for all gov orgs including parliament to emphasis equality of gender with pants n shirts

Why do the jats and patels require reservation because many of them are abroad earning huge sums of money..there should be a new class..Economically backward classes..give them reservations....abolish all OBC....create just one single class EBC..Economicallybackward class..give them reservations...jobs
Etc....

Many departments of central and state government provide certain facilities free of cost to their working and retired employees.every facility carries some cost.Hence it should be proportionately concessional instead.this will reduce the financial burden of the government and ultimately of our nation.
