Sir,I am a Senior citizen and a Tax payer. I have not any owned dwelling house .I have booked a Flat for my own dwelling house taking housing loan from LICHFL.. I am paying Service Tax towards the construction of my Flat.I suggest to exempt the Service tax from a Senor Citizen which is collected by the Promoter for building a Flat who owns only and single dwelling house promoting and encouraging the housing development for those who desires to build his own dwelling house at the later days

While ignoring falsehoods or sensationaalism is a good thing, but it is possible that this persistant narrative when repeated often will get etched in peoples memory as one saw in Bihar and Delhi making it very difficult to sell the projects and processes.... Hard Work pays.. but image and perception also important, Through Budget , we hope your Govt will usher in a qualitative change in life of every india and smile on every Indian citizen ...

Moreover, the persistence with which some people are trying to tarnish the image of the nation so that the present Govt gets a bad name is sickening. Moreover, while twitteris a good medium, the management of news , instant rebuttal seems to be very slack in this Govt or BJP.India has a lot of potential and their creative energy can be unleashed but alas what we see the narrative on media is we are unleashing is force on some of the students and we are all under seige..

The JNU episode has exposed the hollowness and sloganeering of both the Left and the Right and has put Kanhaiya Kumar in tight spot. All the rank acrimonious debates espousing their view seem to mislead the students from studies to acrimony all in the name of democracy , dissent , freedom of expression, ideology, what not... the sheer media trial and their shrillness is slowly making people to realise that media is manipulative. It is in this respect we have to multifold improve DD and AIR news

Honorable sir,
Edusmart Card model for the children of the migrant labourers who due to frequent migration to new places, face serious discontinuity and disruption in their education. Cards would be linked to a central database containing information about the progress of the education of the child, irrespective of location of their last school. They can resume their studies where they had left it at the new place. Model would be viable with large educational boards (e.g. CBSE) with wide reach.
