Respected PM sir, Slowly but Surely and Silently, please start the De-reservation policy. INDIA needs talent, not caste. Please link the reservation with income. But this act of de-reservation should not bring your govt., in to a negative frame. Present opposition parties are very cheap in these aspects. I feel Scientific way of putting across this reservation in the Supreme Court is the best way forward.......

For better future of our children, they need company & care of father as well as mother. Children whose parents keep on fighting with allegations & Fakecases are stuck.bcoz of it their future is spoiling. There are 49 female centric laws created by GoI, these laws r highly misused with very less conviction rate. Due to same there is huge load on Courts & mind of such children. How they can focus on study? Make all these laws Gender Neutral with strict misuse Clause for every law is must

ESIC deduction is happening for all working professionals with less than 15k salary. Each employee plus company contribution comes around Rs. 500 per employee per month but number of ESIC hospitals is very less & why government hospitals don't have internal tie ups to serve employees. Even services &infrastructure of ESIC Hospitals is very poor. There is Big corruption there & ESIC card issuance is sluggish. Non of employees get cashless card, but deduction starts from day 1 of job. Plz sort it
