Respected Sir In India there is huge loss of young generation due to road accidents especially "the Bike Riders". As inspite of rule they are not using the helmets. Sir in order to minimise the loss of near and dear one I have a plan for "e-Helmet". The complete planning is enclosed herewith for your kind consideration. Bike will not start unless the rider will not put up the "E-Helmet" on their head.

Respected Sir Good Morning With over 20 Cr new bank account open under “PMJDY”, we now have 20 Cr new debit cards on ground, we can implement new Point of Sale “POS” machine at our villages and small town shops where our citizen can use these cards for their daily usage, These POS can be installed for a small fee or it can be free since every new POS will ensure more money for to our overall Tax umbrella. India Post has deep reach and well established though not perfectly maintained network/delivery channel. Why India Post cannot/should not partner with the e-commerce companies to come up with an "India Post Logistic Services" wing leveraging or improving upon the existing infrastructure to create an outreach to million more Indians settled in our rural India. It will be an win-win for e-commerce companies to significantly expand their outreach as well as for India Post to reinvent itself.

Dear Sir, I think it is high time we focus on safety and security of women in our country. It is high time we cover this topic elaborately and bring it to the forefront. I think we can form a special security force for safety of women and foreign tourists. Eunux people are discarded or differently treated in the society. I think we can constitute this special security force constituting of Eunux headed by likes of Ms. Kiran Bedi. This will be mutually beneficial. Globally first of its kind.

Remove all reservations or call for a vote on this issue. U.P. Govt. has not fulfilled any of the requierments of Noidaites as well as redoing unwanted things and wasting funds. Good Govt. schools, efficient Police, Treatment to a Common Man by paying 200-300 to a Doctor in Govt./Pvt.hospital should be there, Removal of DND Toll Plaza, making of children's Parks, curb on wasting funds on redoing of unwanted public works and security are the main issues in Noida.
