Traditional knowledge and practices are very much dying & can be revived by its practice at the level of primary schools.
If we wish to demand anything better from our society then we shd sow the seeds first & the right place to nurture it is at the schools.
A few periods of righteous living & righteous traditional practices would nurture 'that' in the student that would make him a better citizen making a better society.
Our sanskriti had been doing in the past too.
why do we copy west ???

Hume apni traditional knowledge ko aur badhana chahiye. Kyuki hamari tradition me har cheej ke baare me likha hua hai.. ki hum har prakaat ki pareshaniyo ko kaise face kre aur unko kaise khatam kre.

it is very important to improve confidence in our traditional knowledge..it is is possible only with school education..each and every step is start with school ..as well as youth attracted towards western culture now way days it's so sad ...no other culture greater than ours..so it is very important to change the minds of youth by changing the thought that western culture not as much great as ours.....I think it's possible with TV adds..top most youth leader speeches, and movies,as well as school ,and college dressing codes ....thank you

Formal recognition of the ‘Home’ as the 4th Tier of Health Care (primordial or pre-primary health care as an institutionalised, low cost, high touch, self-sustaining health care tier). India will be the first in the world to do that. This shall not only enable these household practices to be respected, recognised and brought to the limelight but also ensure documentation, scientific validation and subsequent appropriate health education to the communities. This would weed away unscientific practices on one side and also establish household practices on a scientific footing. This process could also enhance trust between the people and the health care system. I hope this proposal is favourably considered by Hon.PM and Hon Ministers of MOHFW and AYUSH

We were traditionally good at sericulture to produce silk for ages. Are capable of producing finest silk fabrics & other products. We are able to weave gold coated threads for kanjivaram sprees. We have silk board to promote this industry. We need to change with time now china & other countries are involved in making silk stronger and has many uses apart from textiles. Feeding silk worms with carbon nano tubes, graphene, titanium dioxide or any new materials to find new uses technologically. And will be value added products can give new dimensions to silk industries. Chinese have technicaly developed silk & done extensive work
In this field. We can establish products for our own use & exports. Some of our states are suitable to promote silk growth as weather is in our favor. Innovation & aatmanirbhar is the need of the hour to make silk from strong, stronger to strongest.
