First a talk from the achievers who have achieved in their life by following traditional practice can inspire many people.
Experienced people should explain the benefits and reason for following a particular tradition will help to understand better. For example - Why one should not eat during the eclipse and the reason for it scientifically will encourage to learn about the natural phenomenon.
Youngsters should be taught how western culture and life is different with our culture and traditions. Why each tradition followed here and the benefits of following it.
A separate website containing all important trasdions followed through out India and its significance. A book on traditional values can be published and distributed among all schools and assignments can be given to students based on that book.
Every parents should insist their kids to follow their traditions and learn from them. They should not hesitate to insist them. These will help to some extent.

Traditional knowledge and practices is base of our India where we all are standing. if there no tradition or culture there is no way of going ahead and also no progress of our society. tradition teach us to live, how to behave, how to respect others, how to go ahead, how to progress with available resources. very very important thing I want to say is that traditional knowledge and practices teach us to earn our livelihood
