INTRODUCE TIME BANKING IN INDIA
Dear Shraddheya Modi ji;
One of India's richest and characteristic traditions is 'service' and care for fellowmen. We have always loved in joint families and communities everybody has been treated as a family member. I believe, modern technology and connectivity can be used to harness "Time" of 1.4 billion people.
Time Banking is a great social concept in which, when you are young and abled, you invest your 'Time' in caring for the old and the needy. The hours you work for are accumulated in a Time Bank. You can "withdraw" this time when you need it for yourself or for your loved ones. This is a successful concept in Switzerland and more 35 developed countries are experimenting with it.
You can make India the first developing country to be doing it. Our demographic advantage will ensure that our Time Bank will be the richest in the world and we can even "export" Time later. I am a management consultant and can develop a model for this.

Scientifically validated traditional knowledge can be put in the form of jingles, poems or stories, with illustrations. This content can be included in our school education systems for lifelong benefit to the valued learners. Thank you.

Every village of India is a bowl of culture, heritage and traditional practices in lifestyle, health, dress, dance, food habits. I suggest you to establish a set up to take up these issues and encourage, support and fund in making them rich, vibrant, used by the locals first and later export, attract tourists across the globe. I learnt Gujarat has done this. why can't the same be done across India. Involve local citizens, NGOs, and experts who have historical knowledge of the area, tradition and culture.

Govt to encourage film makers to make film highlighting glorious culture & customs of the country. Audio visual is strong medium to impress masses in shortest period of time. Films by reputed directors will have more impact and not seen as Government dictate.

sir,
As a Ex. my humble request to you that Please recruit female candidates in IAF..as an Airwomen on the tour of duty recruitment, this not only give equal opportunity to our sisters but also lead to women empowerment.This will also check the early retirements of air warrior as will get readly suitable partner in organisation itself to boost their career progression vice versa.Family issues are rampant in organisation leads to indiscipline cases.Induction of sisters can do a lot ,Sir.
