There is need to increase in the level of solar energy by keeping the budget. One of the major method is the natural source, Sun. As India is not taking the full advantage from the solar energy. If by chance government will do the electricity free for mostly everyone, it may cause the obstacles in the financial growth of our country, which is not worthy. There is need to afford money from citizens in a least amount (or as per his or her condition) in the contribution for the energy Sector.

Why can't we have one or two shopping complexes in rural areas, as we have in cities. Also, we can consider each village as an area ( like 'areas' in city) & form a development authority to develop them according to the revenue of the village.
Why can't we promote the regional style of architectures in both Urban & Rural.
For Example, All MNC IT companies are not compelled to work in a building, built similar to their counterparts in their countries, know. It has to be suitable for our weather

Everyone should install solar panels in their home . This will reduce use of electricity nd u don't have to pay high electricity bills. Solar panels will charge energy from sunlight nd store it .

between every two street light one must be solar energy based so that if due to bad weather its not possible to generate solar power sufficient light will be available on roads on normal day switching off one normal light will save power and provide sufficient light in on thus govt can save lots of money and effort
