Respected PM Sir, Farmers are given free electricity, Domestic consumption to some extend given free, transport industry moving towards electricity, we are in need of more industry which need cheap electricity. At this juncture making the energy sector more competitive is not justifiable Sir. When the social structure poised to consume more electricity, moving it to competitive market will be more credit worthy. Government may consider to dilute its stake retaining tariff terms with government.

Respected PM Sir,
Floating solar panels can be installed in Lakes to harvest solar energy.
Farmers encouraged to install Solar Panels part of fields and distributed to nearby villages at fixed tariff or free.

For implementation of Budget of India will be much better if the taxes increase to the Indian billionaires and multimillionaires ! Certainly , in this case they ' ll try to leave India and to find likely milieus for investing their capitals ! Although the Indian Government would gently choke their ambitions --- they must be placed in jails !

Respected PM Sir, Please allow public at large to use Solar energy without taking any regulatory permission. Like LED bulb, solar panels should be easily available in market at affordable rate, mass awareness created. Integrated Solar Energy Park created where panel manufacturer, raw materials, research, market, etc all in one place tobe created in all states. Through Satellite identified ideal places where continuous energy availble. Like Natural Gas, Solar energy traded at independant tariff.

moreover , people should be made aware of the fact to save electricity. The slogan "Save Electricity" should not just be a slogan for kids to make drawings upon, it should be made sure that it is being implemented too

Instead of using electricity which is generated through coal and diesel , we should use magnetic generators. These magnetic generators work on their own and don't need any external source of energy for it to run and they provide endless amount of electricity . Thus , along with usage of hydrogen as a fuel , magnetic generators should also be made to provide electricity which is sustainable.
