The biggest mantra to overcome stress is to not think about the results of your effort. When you are preparing for any exam , one should remain highly motivated and be sincere enough to face it boldly, doesnt matter you be the 1st ranker or the last, just put your best and love what you do. Follow your passion and if you do what you love, if you put your 100% in preparing the syllabus, then you need not have any fear and you will definitely succeed.education should be for learning not for rank

A state of kind when the person who is sure that s/he is better than all got a sick feeling of the failure, now what kind of failure 1scoring less marks 2 getting ashamed 3 parent torture 4 losing good job 5 loosing compition etc. etc But this is not common this is wel build around the person slowly since the first day at home school office and finally become a fobia of the exam.so all the parent teacher and tutors should help the child to understand rether than scoring or qualifying exams.ok

Remind yourself that exam will not determine your success or failure in life. Think positively as your expectations can affact your performance.Prepare a revision time table and set Out what topics, subjects you want to cover Each day. Start planning well Before the exam begins. Make sure your time table In such a manner that you keep some time for relaxation. Go out with friends, listen to music, exercise, walking, cycling, dancing, do whatever you enjoy to relax yourself but keep time in mind.
