Good evening sir
We can make tribals situation better only when we properly understand about any tribal group. There are various initiatives taken by govt. but still they want to live as per their own way of living. Also selling their products at govt stores does not give much profit to them. So, AP forest department took a very good initiative of involving local tribals in wildlife protection. Here is video link below, please check.
🛑Vineet Kumar IFS is working very effectively in Nagarjunasagar srisailam Tiger reserve, Nallamala hills of eastern ghats, so that tiger population has increased.
Chenchu tribals in AP are playing an important role in tiger protection. There has been a win-win situation for both Forest department and tribal community.
Kudos! to forest department and such officers who are working hard 24*7 to protect our natural heritage, our species and doing their duty honestly.
Sir, please give some awards to young IFS officers for motivation.
Thanks
Rupak

Sir, Tribal economy can be improved only with good road connectivity, enough drinking water supply, 24X7 electric supply as well as powerful internet and basic rules of construction of houses. Normally small towns and villages are governed by panchayat who usually do not have the concept of wide roads and distance between 2 houses and whole housing complex get congested with open gutter. Some area for play ground, park, bus depot, public hall etc. must be reserved. No rule and no execution will always lead to several problems at later stage. These rules must be made compulsory at all places whether village or town.

respected sir ,
In our country the citizens are always busy in showing of their lifestyle or try to copy the the lifestyle of a another citizen.
Taking this idea has a root we can easily bring a great change in the current situation of tribal economy.
As we are aware the tribal art and their crafts have a great demand in both indian and international market. insipte of promoting the branded goods which are already familiar to us we should focus on promoting the tribal goods .
As they even have knowledge about the ayurvedic plants different types of products like face care products skin care products can also be manufactured and exported.
Their knowledge regarding pottery, knitting, fabric designing ect can be also shared online to promote them .
Thank you
