Govt . should plan to train tribals for honey bee keeping and honey production. It will help environment, enhancement in fruit and crop production and a healthy ecosystem . Honeybees are very good in pollinating process. Honeybee institutes could train people for this work and provide them necessary boxes and honey recovery apparatus . We might be able to reduce insecticide load on environment by going back to Nature.

Tribal art is enjoying a rising demand and the mode of presentation such as framing/show-casing has improved. Fair price and royalty to the artists must be ensured. Now the challenge is to maintain the original ethnic simplicity of the artefacts as modernity interferes. The traditional methods of preparing colours and the tools must remain unchanged. Training by only traditional masters has to continue. The global reach of tribal art can be extended if it is well accepted for corporate décor e.g. the Indian air-transport companies selecting from samples of tribal art, the outside and inside decor of their aircrafts deployed in domestic and international flights. The charm of tribal art will surely win hearts across the world. A word of caution: certain tribal artefacts (e.g. clay figures), attractive as home-décor, have religious significance and must not be used/marketed as mere decorative objects. Remember our pain at the commercial abuse of Lord Ganesha’s image.

Provide indigenous seeds to tribals and ask them to multiply it by sowing it.This will help generating indigenous seed bank and revive our seeds which we are loosing due to hybrid seeds from big companies. We are not only loosing our seeds of the country but taste of food too. Hybrid seeds are prone to diseases .

Lives of tribal people are closely bound with the nature. We should first preserve nature and possibly increase our green coverage.
There is high demand for handcrafted products in international markets. Govt may provide required training for the tribal youth to drive a cooperative business model to manufacture and market these kind of products and they can make earnings from this.
We should encourage tribal art forms and give them chances in all possible venues like republic day parade, to demonstrate. This will give them confidence and required marketing.

Every tribal village will have a unique talent of their own. Some may have a unique art form, music, instruments, dance, pottery, weaving, medicine making, toys etc. We have multiple problems in front of us like plastic usage, multiple diseases, water scarcity, pollution, depression, stressful life etc. They need to be approached requesting their help for solving the problems based on their area of expertise. The dignity and respect for their talent should pave the way for connecting with the outside world. They need to be inspired to showcase their talent to the future generations and carry forward the legacy.
