R/Sir,
Cause-effect analysis of our National Textile policy 2000 for its failure may please be carried out. Also latest trends in international Market specially with focus on green economy will give better price to Maize and cane rather than Cotton. This may result in shrinkage of cotton producing area. As such there is no option but to focus on yield improvement at least by 75% and shifting to states where yield is much better. This may be looked into as this will also affect food security.

The Income -tax Act needs more amendments. It paves path for generation of black money. Mainly maintenance of books of accounts is mostly forgotten by the assessees. A new ERA is going on that preparation statement of account merely by EDITING the previous year's statement by inserting the CURRENT year's figures. So the Sections like 269 SS, 269.T, 40(A)(3) etc are only in the LAW BOOK and could not be phisically checked. HOW TO SOLVE?

R/Sir,
As we are celebrating hand loom day, our efforts must be focused on adopting appropriate policy for this sector which provides lively hood for large number of people in rural areas. While reading OECD-FAO report on future outlook 2021-2030, few more points are jotted in attached document for consideration please

Indian merchandise has long been considered to be of poor quality abroad and if we are to survive in global market this perception has to change. Thus to achieve growth in textile and apparel industry and to increase the exports quality goods production and on-time deliveries is a must. And for quality goods production online monitoring of production process is a must and for on-time deliveries to fulfill the commitments.
In order to increase the exports it is a must to produce quality Garmen

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir,
Unemployment is a major issue today for youths vibrant with energy and power. Another paradox is that retired employees in considerable numbers have been seen occupying several posts. Jobless youths turn their ways in anger towards crime/corruption. So, a consolidated report from every offices needs be prepared and strong law and policy is needed to fill up vacancies from jobless and highly needed posts from working one. This will reduce crime and provide engagement.

Mainly we should encourage to use cotton fabrics and cultivation as cotton is best product for all purpose. Khadi is ok but has always some limitations to use. Also we should see option to use other fibres as we mainly depend on Rain and that is uncertain. Textile sector has entered with many digitalization so also attracts other industries. We can give more jobs to people. Also, Government should at least start one big Textile composite mill in state under control by Government.
