Stamps are considered the “windows of a nation” through which people can see and understand the “heritage and nature” of a particular country. The stamp collecting today is far from just a hobby. It is a subject of deep study. The stamps produced by these countries may exceed their postal needs, but may also feature attractive topical designs that many collectors desire. It is said that John Bourke, Receiver General of Stamp Dues in Ireland was the first collector. In 1774 he assembled a book of the existing embossed revenue stamps, ranging in value from 6 pounds to half a penny. Stamp collection as a hobby began immediately after stamps were first issued, and by 1860 thousands of collectors and stamp dealers were appearing around the world as this new study and hobby spread across Europe, European colonies, the United States and other parts of the world.

Philately is not just a hobby rather an initiative. To the culture, heritage, custom and traditions one needs to go through the postage stamps of various countries. Postage stamps reflect the essence of the nation. Hence it is undoubtedly a good habit. But in today's fast growing computer world, the craze of stamp is very less. But we all should take initiative to use postage stamp.

Sir, Today what we are because of our great Leader's and there sacrifice made by them. We need to follow this heritage for our young generation so that they can understand that how we got the freedom. The forts and rivers, Piligram and culture we have to preserve for future. India has different types of religion, cast, culture but we are united and every religion has different types of worship but we are united when ever nation calls us we must contribut to the nation and what ever we are because of our nation and forefathers. We must learn from our past & see where we are make streagy for the future. We are going to witness same situation again world economy is tumbling can we make India as a prosperous country where we not only make our citizens happy but also the world. We follow that all countries in the world are like a family that is Vasudhaivkutumbhkam.
World is going through a very tough situation the impact of war will be also affect India also but we need to face it together.

it's a
Legacy of Thoughts
from ancient 2 modern age _ changes gonna through
why not this legacy Handover & Introduce
new generation & make them interested habitual
so
1st we have 2 Introduce _ Pilately
from childhood
in school/ high school
1st provide them im4mation only
& let the develop knowledge according 2 their iinterst
then
in universities Introduce this subject in verious
act_ such as walll paper draw
_make a theme twice between 6th month
_ use Infotech share im4mation
_ even if in function
apply on wall r heritage/ culture
so the youth will get work as well as self_interest
why not use as cross_state/ ut
im4mation on public transport _ bus/rail
so
im4mation won't be limited only 2 state/ut wise
_ then we have 2 focus on Globe
Pilately Golbe Let's Hope & Scope
do data/ index based im4mation areawise
so it will help 2 sort out _ exact& precise
