There should be basic courses in video format which will enlighten people through videos by giving holistic understanding about india&world& basic economics etc. ie.UPSC portion in simple format. So that man from rural and tribal area can learn those complex concept in shortcut in local language. So that he understands dynamism of market. Including politics, industry, money, hawala, schemes, culture, money market, banking sector. Such courses should be accessed by anyone with no examination.

Respected authorities.
I would like to point out a very serious issue the country is lacking right now.
University Grants Commission has done splendid job during 2009 to 2017, helping to improve the quality of arts and science education in our country. It has introduced schemes such as MRP, FDP, and many other funding for the growth of education sector. Unfortunately after 2017, the UGC is not active and no other agency is focusing on education. if this persists, country will lag in quality.

Dear honorable PM,
The budget was excellent & will help the country in the long term. Sustained investment in education sector is required to build the necessary infrastructure for schools and universities across all the districts in India. The focus should be on building integrated campuses with all the different streams of study for multi disciplinary/inter disciplinary & trans disciplinary sciences. Sports ministry should also establish facilities within the area.

Education is very important determinant of economic growth. "If u want destroy a nation just down the quality of its education." Hence the investment spent on education, which is called as human capital must be much portion atleast 6% of GDP. then only quality of education will come out. Educated and skilled human resource become backbone of the nation's development. Hence my humble request please take action for qualitative education not quantitative.
