The Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address the webinar on effective implementation of the Union Budget provisions in the Financial sector on 26th February 2021.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Financial Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• Fiscal deficit stands at 9.5% of the GDP; estimated to be 6.8% in 2021-22
• Proposal to allow States to raise borrowings up to 4% of GSDP this year
• A Unified Securities Market Code to be created, consolidating provisions of the Sebi Act, Depositories Act, and two other laws
• Proposal to increase FDI limit from 49% to 74%
• An asset reconstruction company will be set up to take over stressed loans
• Deposit insurance increased from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh for bank depositors
• Proposal to decriminalise Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008
• Two PSU bank and one general insurance firm to be disinvested this year
• An IPO of LIC to debut this fiscal
• Strategic sale of BPCL, IDBI Bank, Air India to be completed

Sir please introduce BEARER bonds in our country to prevent and control block money. I think in 1984 our Indian govt.issued Bearer bonds to get good financial results and to boost Indian Economy.it is my opinion.

More strict rules must be given and appropriate surveillance has to be made in every street mainly in rural areas. Basic awareness for the people must be given on power & food consumption, current affairs and important procedures in case of emergencies.

6. Stopping liquor by government. Helping people to stop drinking liquor instead of encouraging. This amount can be used for some other purpose. Helping hospital care for that etc We know cigarette, liquor are bad to health. It is really spoiling self and others in the environment.

Some general suggestions. 1. Need to improve common water sources. So that people will not affect by water scarcity. 2. Maintaining villages greenery as well as hygienic places. Natural cleansiness. 3. City maintenance - pollution free. I think the statistics data in diseased people per year will help to understand better. 4. People following disciplines. Fine for not following rules like spitting, traffic signal not following etc. 5. Food for all.

Respected Modiji,I request to find the parallel Black Money Economy& financial culprits behind.The parallel economy of undeclared source of undeclared assets on roadside is hugly accumulating.The gold smuggled through airports are sold in jewelleries&this money received as black money is invested as huge building on road side & the rent or business income is undeclared.The undeclared income is used for anti national activity.I request to find source of every road side buildings since 08.11.2016

Respected Modiji, I request to declare the 100 meters distance area on both sides of National & State HighWay Roads, National & State Capital Roads, Inter State High Ways, State & District & Taluk Capital Roads, Lake & River & Sea Coast Tourist Centres as Central Commercial Land Investment Assessment Zone & make strict Law to register buildings like FASTAG uploading Investment Declaration Form details with Land Value & Construction Interiors Cost of every investments within 100 meters distance

मैं एक आम नागरिक बोल रहा हूं पहले से ही भारत में पेट्रोल के दाम बढ़ने से आम नागरिक परेशान है जिससे कि भारत में वस्तुओं की दाम बढ़ गया है तथा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों का निजीकरण करने से अन्य सेवाओं भी महंगी हो गई है जैसे कि रेलवे का प्लेटफार्म अब 50 में मिलता है बैंकिंग सेवाएं भी निजीकरण के कारण महंगी हो जाएंगी वैसे ही जीवन जीना मुश्किल था अब निजीकरण के कारण और महंगी हो जाएंगी कोरना काल में वैसे ही परेशानी अधिक है निजी करण के कारण शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य रेलवे तथा बैंकिंग सेवाएं महंगी जाएंगे, लोकतंत्र हित न
