In continuation to my previous suggestion, health tests - All advanced equipments in necessary number (economical) should be provided for all the hospitals. All those health related tests should be made available for the citizens atleast in affordable prices. Also, Once a health related test is done in one hospital or diagnose centre, the test result should be stored in a central server, should be valid for some period of time & can be reused within that particular period of time.

All Government hospitals must be modernised. Whether this can be done by implementing PPP model is left to the government. Attendance - Fingerprint attendance must be implemented in every govt. hospitals for the staff, while they enter in or go out of the hospital. Salary - Standardised & upgraded salary matrix should be implemented for the staff. And the increments should be given periodically for them. So that their service minded perspective will not change.

1. Develop Health score card of every village in real time by training volunteers and equipping them digital accessories to maintain data integrity at highest level. Every BDC at village level and corporater at cilty and town level could be involved in training and reporting along with volunteers. Asha, PHC and block level existing mechanism needs overhauling and real time reporting need to be instituted and catalysed.
