With 3.15cr pending cases, why cant we have a system in place where pre-court mediation is actually mandated by law so that most of the trivial disputes are actually disposed off before going to Court. If not mandated, then some sort of incentive/partnership for firms who are creating awareness & promoting pre-trial mediation. In this way, the courts will dispense justice, the government will govern, and the people will enjoy a dispute-free life. #dispute #mediation #MyGov #MannKiBaat #AIR

Most Respected Modiji should address his views on capital punishment for child rape. Madhya Pradesh Govt has passed the law. In spite of the growth in GDP, till the time we address the other GDP, Girls' Development & Protection, we are not a developed country in the true sense.

I suggest that water conservation, drought and flood measures, cleaning of water bodies be made a thrust. Wars in the future will be over water and we being blessed with abundant natural water sources have treated them badly and made them unfit to sustain us unless urgent immediate corrective measures are taken using technology available A case in point is the city of Bangalore where lakes are vanishing, burning and filthy. Just a few lakes can sustain the entire population's needs

Student studying in Engineering institute should be given training in industries during their all semesters so that they can learn about the industries structure and can study according to the theory and do those things practically. In this way industries will have workforce and student can earn while studying. As we can see there come lakhs engineering students in job market but they have only degree but lack of practical experience. So it will be a great initiative in skill India project.

Yes there is a situation.Bring in visible implementation of Traffic rules in society strictly. This is the possibilty where public will adapt this policy of respecting rules in their other walks of life.Cut unfeasible traffic rules.
