In today’s world, it is widely seen in newspapers, TV, Internet etc. that laws made for the protection of women are been widely & grossly misused. There are hundreds of Fake Cases that are filed on innocent men & their families and in this times when the youth & hard working men of the nation should be contributing to #MakeInIndia, they have been stuck fighting #FakeCasesInIndia. Why can't our Nation have gender neutral laws as crime knows no gender? I plead & urge you to act fast on this.

Sir, I hope that you will read this message and will respond. I am a law abiding citizen who always respected women and have worked towards ensuring my bit towards Humanity. I & my senior citizen parents are being harrassed by my wife by misusing law. These laws were framed for vulnerable women but laws like 498a,DV,125 etc are being used to harrass men to extort money. Judiciary is over burdened leading to wastage of tax payers money. Plz help & ensure gender neutral laws & equality for all.

At one point we talk of women empowerment and women being equal, I agree. But why in Matrimonial cases, laws are damn biased towards "WIFE". Need gender biased matrimonial laws. I don't support dowry, cruelty and violence. It's an open fact that these laws are grossly misused and making a mockery of our judicial system. There r several judgements from Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and opinions from learned advocates, that these laws needs to be changed with changes in time. Plz reconsider this.
