Sir, The no of false cases filled by women like 498A, domestic violence is increasing day by day and innocent husband and his family members are suffering due to these false cases and are being harassed by police and judiciary. The husband or family members are forced to commit sucide or has to pay huge money as extortion. The Supreme court has said that these laws are being misused but govt is not doing anything. Kindly save these innocent families

In today’s world, it is widely seen in newspapers, TV, Internet etc. that laws made for the protection of women are been widely & grossly misused. There are hundreds of Fake Cases that are filed on innocent men & their families and in this times when the youth & hard working men of the nation should be contributing to #MakeInIndia, they have been stuck fighting #FakeCasesInIndia. Why can't our Nation have gender neutral laws as crime knows no gender? I plead & urge you to act fast on this.

In recent speach of our PM at Davos he said we can not have good terrorism and bad terrorism than h9w can we have good criminals and Band Criminals we are not punishing Female as we are punishing Male why Criminal is Criminal or Females are allowed to do crime ? Why our Laws are not gender neutral ?

Why all marital laws are gender biased favouring women, thousand and lakhs of innocent law abiding husbands are loosing their valuable time in fighting fake cases against them, why there are no harsh punishment for filing false cases and committing perjury? Govt should amend laws pass bill on such matters
