Sir there should be a time limit for all govt services where permission is sought from administration -either reject or accept within fixed time limit with recorded reasons .After passage of time period with no action ,it should be deemed that permission has been granted and responsible authority should be held accountable for loss to public exchequers .John acton had saod, "power tends to corrupt ,absolute power corrupts absolutely."such conditions are roadblock to this absolute power.

This proposed National Council of Intellectuals should meet once in a month in normal cases or as needed and present a status report to the country. Allchannels/Newspapers must publish their report. It should present true facts to the country and its report will be advisary may be discussed in parliament.

Respected PM sir
Budget 18 earmarks some fund for tackling Pollution in DELHI NCR. My suggestion is that an scheme may be formulated to plant more and more tress in NCR only with proper study depending upon location and soil.Agency may be given task to look after the project for at least five or ten years. This would be long term policy to counter this hazard. Only then we will be able too see difference as is presently seen when Lutiyen Zone is compared with other part of the capital.
Regards

sir, it is most imperative that BJP makes a concerted effort to highlight the various schemes like ujjwala, jandhan ,DBT,to the public as the narrative in social media is rapidly turning anti govt due to vested interests. Good work done by the govt should be taken to the public by BJP workers. especially in states like Tamilnadu ,kerala.

Sir I have on many occasions requested that institutions need to be developed/strengthened. We need to have strong and independent regulators and judiciary.Recent incidents of supreme court judged going to judiciary/ PNB frauds/ border issues have shaken the nation. Let there be a National Council of Intellectuals where no politician/ bureaucrat/businessman should be member. Retired Atomic energy commision chief/isro chief/VCs/Army/Airforce/Navy chief/ RBIgoverners, IIM/IIT directorsbe members.
