Dear Sir, My suggestion is with regard to education from Primary to Higher Secondary level. Syllabus at all levels should give weightage to our culture, heritage and ethical values. Personality development, management skills or communication skills as told in Ramayan,MahaBharat and Bhagavat should be given in the languages, may be mother tongue or English. This part is totally neglected till date.ives of Adi Shankara, Tulasidas, Swami Vivekananda, and Ramakrishna Paramahamsa are to be covered.

India needs about 10000 leaders who are of statesmen cadre and 10000 bureaucrats of world order with high IQs, top ethics, great strengths to make solid development on standards of developed world and brighten the lives of the people. Most of our leaders/officials are not representing UNO or world bodies, not many personalities on world's wealthiest group, not many on powerful people of the world. Not many bagging noble or higher order prizes in the world.Creativity is damaged with all fears around.

Respected Prime Minister, Year after year the rains during monsoons are insufficient due to various reasons. During the summer the water supply to the the people all over India are curtailed due to insufficient water levels in dams and other water bodies. The worst affected persons are the village people. Their wells go dry and sometimes they have to fetch water from places 15 km away. An awareness should be generated for these poor people to harvest rain water. Governments should help them.
