To develop a economy and to give fillip to the GDP we just have to provide platform for free thinking , liberal bubbling innovative people and nurture them (EG. USA is just this type of platform) hence a entereprenaur incubation corner in every smart city is utmost necessity. The young and the talented march towards the metro/ abroad in search of these platforms only. THis can be given by a environment free of govt regulations, bureuacracisies rules etc. just free to do anything.

Modiji, please start an entrepreneur incubation corner in every smart city where talented, gifted and the energetic can meet other people like him of that area with facility of guidance and investement funds so that they can start their business. This should be a very special area in the city, the most developed, liberal, free thought and bubbling with ideas. if similar type of people will meet each other it will create a spark which will develop that area. special treatment to be given to it...

(BVG India is working in the field of housekeeping of PMO Office, Rashtrapati Bhawa, Parliament) May I request you to pl. take cognizance of this & take this up on national level for improving agriculture output & ultimately fulfilling your dream of doubling Farmer's income by 2022. This will also reduce the cases of Farmers' suicides.

Your thinking on Solar Energy is marvelous, however there is other side to it. Solar Panels if installed on buildings which are not fit for it may cause instability to the structure and leakage problem. Make a controlling body. Give incentives only after obtaining approval from Panel Structural Engineer and local Municipalities. Do not distribute incentives freely. In two years leakages will start and there may be resecentment among the people. Improve on this site, difficult to log-in. Namaskar
