4# Same time, every year we can raise the fund for the poor farmers (for any emergency or natural disaster) where all actors or rich people can donate if they want. That fund will go directly to SBI or any government bank account.

2# If the farmer have any other reliable earning sources can not go for insurance or only partial benefit he/she can get. 3# there will be no difference either the farmer is male or female.

1# The farmer has to give the detail about the land (it will resolve two problems defaulter can not hide or wont go for insurance and only honest farmers will update their details in the bank to get the loan and insurance) Continue

Respected sir, This is the first time I am using this platform to tell you my mann ki baat. At a time I want to focus on one problem and possible way to handle the situation: Problem : Kisaan Ka Karz aur Karz Mafi Possible solution: 1. Is there any insurance company or government can start the insurance plan for the farmers where as per their land and based on last five year growth (earning from the farms) they can provide them INSURANCE. Respected Sir The following could be focus a. Emphasis on Rural Development, by allotting more resources b. Empowering people by educating them their Rights, duties and responsibilities. Because for any policy to succeed , people contribution is necessary c. Population growth is one of major impediments for growth , economic development and social evils . If we can ensure that population growth is controlled, tbe benefits of governance is felt all over
