I suggest that as a Path-Breaking P.M. this time an appeal be made to youth to think Big ,not in Party term or Sectarian Term but on the Basis of Dharma & Adharma ,Proper & Improper ,Virtuous & Sinful ,Rashtra Hita & personal or Local Hita (हित ),Thus we shall learn that supporting a Party does not Mean to support all its Act but to weigh it on these Criteria .Criticism of any decision by any Leader or Govt.should not mean to oppose them in Toto but just to express our Views in NationalInterest

Respected Prime Minister Sir Sir I will like you to speak on Health Care for All mission of Govt.Presently health care is most neglected sector and ratio of doctor to patient is not near the required standard. Also lot of exploitation is done by multi speciality hospitals, private clinics and doctors resulting in patients revolting.I suggest a regulatory body for regulating and auditing privates hospitals. Also doctors need to sensitise for their humane touch and MCI to be made more responsible.

Sir, I suggest you please briefly discuss the need of efficient water management system and role of individuals, farmers, NGOs and Government. As the monsoon season is here, we expect to receive a normal monsoon. But at the end of the season, we will still complain about the water shortage and drought conditions etc. We need to implement an effective and scientifically based water management system. The thumb rule is Do not Water to run away, store it, i.e., rain harvesting.
