After demonetisation land registrations become very difficult. Say a land rate in marketRs.10L, Reg.value Rs.5L People going for malpractice to deposit extra 5L.Now Reg.fee is @8% If it is reduced to 4%,govt will get full fee and Income tax. So kindly do it at once.

Honourable Prime Minister, I have two points : 1.) Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) has resulted in 263 villages in Chattisgarh being declared open defecation free (ODF) as reported in The Better India web page: http://www.thebetterindia.com/103923/rural-raipur-open-defecation-free-human-excreta-gold/. This can be highlighted. I shall share my second point separately.

Clean Water is the major issue in most parts of our country. We have flush tank attached to our toilets which holds 7-10 lt of water. For a common person,we use to go to toilets atleast 6-7 including urinary. My suggestion here is to keep two press buttons in each flush tank-One for major & minor usage. Per day visit for urinary=5*Each visit water save(7-2)Lt:: 5* No fo family member* flats in a society*societies in a locality etc Request you to consider this

Honourable Prime Minister, request you please look into the 108 ambulance services. Most of the time they are busy, wen they answer the phone they bluntly say ventilators aren't available in the ambulance. Sir we all know more than ambulance first aid, ventilators are life saving machine. Request you please look into this.

Sir, i'm regular use public transport for college and i seeing that regular maximum 1000 people were travel by only 1 bus.those people were take their ticket and throw it,no one go for dustbin either the dustbin is near or far. if every bus have a dustbin near the window so no people need to go for thrown the ticket anywhere and every stand have mens to clear the dustbin. In this way the tickets are in dustbin and bus stands were clean at least 5%.And also if we want to reuse that also possible.

1. Doesn't austerity measures apply for MPs? Time to subsidise the travel allowance, telephone allowance, fuel allowance, transportation allowances and other perks. 2. RTOs, Thasidar office or corporation offices and other government-citizen interface are breeding ground for corruption/bribe takers. Citizens who don't pay bribes are made to run pillar to post. How passport Seva Kendras have made it easy for citizens to interface with government please roll out such revolutions in above areas
