We need to provide active feedback for government service. Generally complaint goes back to same office whom complaint is against. Senior merely sign it. There is hardly any fear for dereliction of duty among government officers

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I would like to submit the following two issues for your kind consideration: 1. Reviving the glory of Govt. schools who are loosing their glory due to mushrooming of private schools. Many leading personalities of this country were products of these Govt. school, which were not only charging reasonable fees but also imparting good quality education. 2.Cleanliness of Railway stations, tracks and trains.A lot of public cooperation is reqd. regards, Ganesh

sIR, Recently I saw in the news that,in few Govt hospitals in the states of Bihaar, UP and TamilNad that the stretcher has not been provided to the parents of poor families to carry the dead body of their kith and kin to their home .Hence, the poor people carried the dead body on their shoulders with the help of others upto the parking place of Ambulance. It seems to be a injustice to the poor people. So, Sir, you must ensure that it should not be happened in future in any state in India

Traffic problems are increasing by the day due to increase in number of vehicles specially so in big cities like Mumbai. The serious congestions are caused by crisscrosses at junctions without signals and lots of petrol is vested by all vehicles in the jams so caused. In my opinion this problem can be easily solved by banning right turn at junctions without signals. vehicles wanting right turn must go further to the next signal and take a U-turn and come back to the required turn.

respected sir, please instruct rbi to issue notification for 100% waiver of mdr charges for educational institution fee payment (all types of fee) using debit cards/net banking/credit cards. Most of aggregators viz. atom, techprocess, bill desk etc are all charging the poor students which the college is not willing to forego. In case these aggregators are not prepared for waiver, govt to route the fee payment thru a common portal.
