Cheque bounce leads to 138 Court Cases and cost of handling Lawyer & Court hearing is very costly for a Common Man. Banks should not give excess cheque leaves. Non compliance with ECS/NEFT/RTGS on due dates should also be considered under 138. Live example: D.S.Kulkarni, Pune has 26 cases for bounced cheques and he says that he will fight till Supreme Court, but not understanding inconveniences of common man.

Sir, I have few Points for your consideration:- 1) Recent stock market rally will fall on its head unless fundamental market problems are solved they are mainly extremely high cost of opening demat account its high annual maintenance cost and very high cost of holding script in demat account if you are not going to solve this 2 fundamental problems people will feel cheated after demonetisation as cost of holding stock in demat account is an extortion type. cont...

Dear Modiji, There should be provisions for providing free healthcare services in government hospitals by doctors working in private hospitals like me who never got the scope to serve the needy. Unfortunately I never got the opportunity.

In my opinion for development of smarter cities , sufficient number of jobs should created in a manner such that large scale , large distance movement of trained personal is avoided. Currently, if you ask in Varanasi , where is Viswanath temple, every one will be able to answer. Similar thing if you ask in Pune as where is Jyotirlingam, the ratio of persons responding is 1/20. In Pune or any metropolitan cities of India, you will find persons of states like UP and Bihar.

Respected sir, Give high priority to health and education at the gross root level, Most of the unwanted and out dated should be curtailed. People should be made to know the difference between incentive and assistance especially in social benefit ones.

In my view we need to strict on basics like for pollution instead of targeting our festival we need to focus on our history like we were using trees specially Tree plantation at every home e.g. Tulsi, Aawala, Neem etc. How to remove Dust from neighborhood on daily here we need to use waster waste on road cleaning need to implement NGT guidelines on Home construction, Road repairing etc. For farmers we can share technology with farmers where their dust can be used for Fertilizers etc

Dear Prime Minister, I can recall my pleasure on your victory I was much impressed on your promises. However, most of the people are not satisfied with your proper actions. I would be happy if you please give stress on the promises you have offered to the citizens. Wishing you all the best. Banerjee

Dear PM, The Swachh Bharat campaign should be inculcated in the school syllabus with monthly activity of children contributing to the school environment. The Japan model of schooling where children are taught from primary classes to clean and maintain their school inherits their habit of cleanliness which made their country what it is today. We also have to imbibe that culture in our children to make our country cleaner, because if nobody spoils the surroundings then the whole nation is clean.

Some farmers [around 21] have died due to poisoning by spraying of pesticides on cotton in Yavatmal District of Maharashtra. The reasons: ignorance, absence of training, knowledge, awareness, guidance about proper use of pesticides.I suggest training of eligible youth from each village in scientific and safe spraying of pesticides on crops. The youths will be trained under National Skill Development scheme and certified by the district agriculture authorities. Manoj Kshirsagar, Pune.
